Airsensely Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders are processed within [1-3 business days] of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States (North America shipping zone).
Shipping options:
- Standard Shipping — $4.99, 5-10 business days (free on orders $50 and up)
- Express Shipping — $8.99, 5-8 business days
Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delayed or lost packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at Airsensely@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect address: Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help redirect if caught in time.
